You must be a licensed professional with manual therapy in your scope of practice to become Integrated Manual Therapist (IMT) certified (physical therapists, athletic trainers, occupational therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists and acupuncturists). Personal trainers and group exercise instructors cannot become Integrated Manual Therapist (IMT) certified.
